Introducing the "Big Shaver", the big brother to our "Lil' Shaver" neck knife.
The Lil' Shaver design has been very popular for the last couple of years, so by request we are making a bigger version of it. The Big Shaver has a blade length of 4 1/8th" with an overall length of 8". The blade is made from the same 1095 steel as our other smaller knives. The spine is 1/8th", flat ground to a feather’s edge. The Ball grip handle can be had in Stag or aged bone. The sheath can be worn as a neck knife or a belt knife. When carried on the belt it can be a great companion to the Lil' Shaver neck knife...ready to do any task that is too big for it's little brother.
I recently had the privilege of field testing the Big Shaver, and I must say it is well named. The thin blade takes an extraordinarily sharp edge and HOLDS it. The size of the blade will handle any task you set before it and its old-timey style is pleasing to the eye. A one-knife man couldn't go wrong with a Big Shaver on his side, but for the outdoorsman who likes to be prepared for any situation, I can't think of a better combination than the Big AND Lil' Shaver..they make a great team.
